The production of refined grape seed oil is a prime example of upcycling in the food industry. It begins with the harvesting of the grapes and the extraction of wine or juice, with the grape seeds as a by-product. This upcycling transforms the apparent waste, the pomace, into a valuable resource by drying the seeds, separating them and then transporting them to the oil mill. There, an expeller press is used to gently and purely mechanically extract the oil in order to preserve valuable antioxidants and fatty acids. The crude oil is then filtered several times and natural residues are removed before it undergoes a final refining process. A final laboratory test ensures and guarantees the high purity and quality of our refined grape seed oil, which is highly valued in both the food industry and the cosmetics sector.

The production of our grape seed oil is a prime example of upcycling and sustainability in the wine industry. The intelligent recycling of grape seeds, a by-product of wine and juice production, makes efficient use of resources and minimizes waste. This upcycling process transforms the otherwise unused seeds into a valuable oil, contributing to the circular economy and reducing environmental impact.
