Organic peanut oil cold pressed
Gustav Heess
Our production of cold-pressed organic peanut oil begins directly in the growing regions, where special machines harvest the peanut plants and the nuts that have grown on them. After harvesting, we dry the nuts for a period of two to four weeks to reduce the moisture content from 40 percent to around 5 to 7 percent, which not only extends the shelf life but also prevents mold. The husked kernels are then cold-pressed, a process that allows the oil to be extracted without the addition of heat. The resulting oil is then carefully filtered to remove all impurities while retaining the oil's essential nutrients, vitamins and phytochemicals. Finally, the cold-pressed organic peanut oil is thoroughly tested in our in-house DIN ISO 17025 accredited laboratory to ensure the highest quality for our customers.
The entire production process is based on compliance with ecological and social standards to ensure the high quality of the product and the health of the ecosystem.
