For our cold-pressed organic pomegranate seed oil, we source fruit that predominantly thrives in the Agsu cultivation areas in East Azerbaijan, where over 400 hectares offer the pomegranate trees perfect growing conditions. During the harvest season, up to 15 tons of pomegranates are harvested there, primarily for juice production. The seeds are obtained as a valuable by-product, which makes the entire production process particularly sustainable.

A careful quality check is carried out immediately before unloading the harvest, which is then washed, sorted and prepared for further processing. When the juice is pressed, the kernels and peels are mechanically separated and dried in the next step in order to preserve their valuable ingredients. After being sorted again, the kernels are packaged and transported to Germany, where they are crushed for oil extraction and refined using a gentle cold pressing process. In a final step, the oil is filtered to remove natural suspended solids, resulting in a pure organic pomegranate seed oil, which undergoes strict quality control in our DIN ISO 17025 certified laboratory. The entire production process is subject to strict environmental and social guidelines to ensure both the high quality of our product and the protection of the environment.
