The organically grown seeds of the perilla plant, also known as shiso, are harvested in summer. During the mechanical extraction of the cold-pressed organic perilla oil, low temperatures are deliberately used to preserve the natural properties of the oil. It is then passed through a filter process to remove any natural residues. Final laboratory analyses confirm the high quality and purity of our virgin organic perilla oil, which is particularly known for its high content of omega-3 fatty acids.
